I have been with the company since its inception in1985, being a core member of the team that established the Workers Beer Company, now Events, Bars and Catering. In the early days I used to run both volume bars and our Real Ale bar at Glastonbury. I now lead our planning team and liaise with event promoters and partners.

It's part of our ethos that we add value to an event from the look of our bars to the professional service we offer our promoters from first contact to pulling that first pint on-site. We aim to be good partners and like to build long term relationships with event promoters, production companies and the infrastructure teams upon whom we all rely to deliver excellent shows.

I believe we have an established planning team second to none in the industry. We understand how to build excellent bars, the logistics of getting our stock and teams on-site and in providing excellent customer service through committed bar teams.

If you want to discuss how we can add to your event by supplying bars, supporting your event by arranging sponsorship, or any aspect of event management then call me or send an email. And remember, if we can't do it, we know someone who can!

I have been with EBC since 2008 and was appointed as Finance Manager in 2014. I'm no stranger to working on festival sites, keeping our on-site finance systems running be they cash, card or cashless. I successfully ran our first cashless events at the Heritage Live shows at Audley End House in 2021.

I plan and oversee the running and staffing of our festival bars. From the initial idea, to leaving site at the end. I started pulling festival pints in 2006. But since then, I’ve gained experience from various roles across the hospitality industry and from my Honours Degree in Hospitality Management back in 2014. I’m best known on site for my love of (eco)glitter and all things sparkly.

I manage our award winning public house in Clapham, The Bread and Roses.  I'm also responsible for all aspects of the Bread and Roses Theatre, and am super proud that's award winning too!

On festival sites I schedule the bands performing at our Glastonbury bars as well as helping run our staffing operations.

I graduated from RADA with a BA Hons in Construction and Production Management and have extensive experience in both live events and theatre from being onsite managing to building sets in a workshop. I've been a part of our on-site team for several years, progressing through our ranks from staffing at Glastonbury to production of our bars at Heritage Live events.

I love to design and decorate our festival bars and strive to bring creativity to how we look on-site. It's important to me that our bars add to the  ambience of the festival site. In the office I'm responsible for sourcing and ordering our infrastructure from marquees to trakway, fencing to tables. And the showers, don't forget the showers!

I've risen through the ranks gaining valuable experience of stock logistics including initial planning for bar requirements, ordering and distribution of products on-site. I've planned our drinks requirements for events as diverse as Glastonbury and Heritage Live in the UK to Slane Castle and Longitude in Ireland.

My experience with WBC/EBC stretches back to the early days, working for Carlsberg in the late 1980’s I supplied the bars at the Reading Festival before working directly for EBC in the noughties. Then I branched out, successfully running bars with my own company at events around the UK, returning in 2018 to work on stock, distribution and sponsorship.

And offering wise words from my long experience!

I've been with the company since Glastonbury 1989, performing a wide range of on-site roles in the 30 or so years since. In recent years, I've been supporting the production, staffing, stock and finance teams during the event planning process and as Operations Manager when the shows go live.
